April 2026 Feature

Share playlists with others

Personal playlists can now be shared with other PlaySafe members. Click the link icon on any playlist in the sidebar to generate a share URL.
Shared playlists have a full mini player — click any track to listen, skip forward/back, and auto-advance through the playlist.
Only registered users can listen to shared playlists. Visitors without an account are redirected to sign up, then automatically returned to the playlist.
Share links can be revoked at any time by toggling the link icon again.

April 2026 Feature

MP3 download — subscribers can now download any track as an MP3 directly from the player. Click the download icon (⇓) on any song row.
Homepage preview player — visitors can now preview tracks directly on the landing page before signing up. Filter by genre to find the style that fits your stream.
Song request page — have a genre or mood in mind? Submit a request at /request and we'll add it to the production queue.

April 2026 Feature

New This Week — a smart playlist that automatically surfaces tracks added in the last 7 days. Always at the top of your playlist list.
Trending — tracks with the most plays this week get a 🔥 badge and appear in the Trending playlist. Discover what's popular right now.

Sleep timer — set a timer for 15, 30, or 60 minutes and the player stops automatically. Great for falling asleep to your stream or ending a session hands-free.
Keyboard shortcuts — control playback without touching the mouse. Space to play/pause, arrow keys to seek, N/P for next/previous, M to mute.
Shuffle & Repeat — shuffle your queue or loop a track with one click.
Now-playing thumbnail — album art shows in the player bar when a song is playing.
BPM filter — filter by slow (<90), mid (90–140), or fast (>140 BPM to match your stream's energy.
Your volume, sort preference, and last-played track are remembered between sessions.

Add or remove songs from any of your playlists with one click.

March 2026 Feature

Every track now has a printable license certificate — click the 🖶 icon on any song row.
Certificates include a unique ID, your account name, the track details, and a summary of rights granted. Use it if a platform ever challenges your content.

March 2026 Improvement

Added new tracks across Lo-fi, Synthwave, Ambient, Cinematic, and Hip-hop genres.
Tracks now include BPM metadata, mood tags, and album art thumbnails.
Voting (thumbs up/down) helps us understand what you like and shapes future uploads.
