No. Every track in the PlaySafe library is original AI-generated music that we own outright. There are no samples, no third-party rights, and no Content ID claims. If you ever receive a false DMCA claim while using our music, we will help you dispute it at no charge.
Yes. Your subscription covers streaming and online content creation. That includes Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick, Podcast platforms, and any other online platform. If a platform ever asks for proof of license, download the certificate for that track from the player.
Yes. The license allows full monetisation — ads, subscriptions, Super Chats, brand deals, and any other revenue you earn from your content. You own your content; we just make sure the music doesn't get in the way.
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you lose access to the player and your license to use new music. Content you've already published with PlaySafe music before your cancellation date remains covered — you don't need to take it down. Your account data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe.
Yes, all tracks are created using AI music tools (primarily Suno). What matters legally is who owns the copyright — and we do. PlaySafe Music retains full commercial rights to every track in the library, which is what lets us grant you the streaming license. The creative process doesn't affect your rights as a subscriber.
We aim to add new tracks every week. You can find the freshest additions using the New This Week playlist in the player. The library currently spans multiple genres including Lo-fi, Synthwave, Ambient, Electronic, Cinematic, and more.
Founder pricing locks your subscription at $19.99/year — forever, even after we raise prices. It's available to the first 1,000 subscribers only. Once those spots are gone, the standard rate ($24.99/year) applies to all new signups. Check the homepage to see how many spots remain.
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. The 30-day free trial also means you can try the full library before you're charged.
The license covers online streaming and content creation. That includes sponsored content and brand collaborations on your own channel. It does not cover licensing the music to third parties, syncing it to commercial advertisements you produce for clients, or distributing it as part of a product. If you have a use case not covered here, contact us.
Open the player, find the track, and click the certificate icon (🖶) on that row. You'll get a printable certificate with a unique ID, the track title, your account name, and a summary of the rights granted. Save or print it — it's your proof of license.
